what are the ceramic pieces made from?
the pieces are all handmade from top quality stoneware and are hand painted with a foodsafe glaze. these pieces are then fired in an electric kiln (approx 1200C)
why is my product not perfect?
all pieces are handcrafted and are perfectly, imperfect. this means each piece is unique and no two pieces are the same.

yes, all ceramic pieces are hand-glazed with a foodsafe glaze.
are pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
yes, all ceramic pieces are made with the highest quality stoneware, however, in order to protect the glazes and keep the colours on your pieces perfect, it is strongly recommended to only hand wash.
shipping
is international shipping available?
yes, shipping is calculated depending on your destination and the weight of your order.
please note: i will not be responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. it is also not my responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. packages that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. if the package is returned, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
how do you pack your pieces to ensure they arrive safely?
each item is packaged with a lot of time and care. every item is protectively wrapped with both a layer of recycled bubble wrap or honeycomb paper and a layer of tissue paper. this is then tightly packed into a box. please let us know if there are any casualties.
returns
what if my piece arrives broken?
in the unlikely event of your piece arriving broken or damaged please email photos to zxmadeit@gmail.com within 48 hours of the products' arrival. we will try our best to replace your piece. a refund will be offered if a replacement is not possible.
do you accept returns or refunds?
as all pieces are handmade and limited edition, we will not refund a 'change of mind' purchase. all sales are final.
please note that all ceramic orders are sent with mandatory signature on delivery and we are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages
